recorded plat thereof in the office of the Register of
Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also described as
No. 873 Wilson Avenue, and wreck and remove the dwelling
thereon, and to do any and all things therein necessary
for the protection of life, limb and adjoining property.

Under date of August 25, 1958, a printed copy of Council
File No. 188785 was mailed to Stephen and Sarah T.Kelly,
873 Wilson Avenue, St. Paul 6, record owners; and to the
Minneapolis.Savings & Loan Association, 85 South Eighth
Street, Minneapolis, Minnesota, holder of the mortgage;
which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the
dwelling on the South 79.5 feet of Lot 12, Rolf errs Subdi-
vision of Block 75 of Lyman Daytonts Addition, also known
as,,•873 Wilson Avenue, as published in the official paper.
Noy appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing
of,the proceedings and the-building has not been removed.
Please proceed with the condemnation action, which will
authorize the Commissioner of Parks, Playgrounds And Pub-
lic Buildings to enter upon.the property and wreck and re-
move the building thereon, and to do any and all things
therein necessary for the protection of life, limb, and
adjoining property.
