Dillon, may. r -e`pber ,?li WHEREAS, on September 11, 1958, Almighty God summoned from this life Mrs. Alice K. Delaney, mother of Edward K. Delaney, former Mayor of the City of Saint Paul and presently a member of the Board of County Commissioners, Ramsey County, Minnesota, Mr's. Margaret Scanlon, Thomas J. Delaney, Mrs. ice Dobie, Mrs. Katherine Beaudette, and Mrs. Mary Flynn; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Council of the City of Saint Paul to extend to the bereaved family of Mrs. Alice K.
