WHEREAS, Additions which might prove to be necessary in'the
Improvement described as the Installation of TRAFFIC SIGNALS
In the square of the intersection of HIGHLAND PARKWAY and
SNELLING AVENUE,'ETC., Comptroller's Contract L -6003, Kehne
Electric Company, Contractor, have been provided for in the
Specifications, and
WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following
_Additions:
ADDITIONS: (Robert Street and Fillmore Avenue)
in. ft. or 1, single duct 0 V2.537fto §341.55
35.0 lin. ft. of 1 -t" double cell @ 3.39/ft. 118.65•
TOTAL ADDITION $460.20, and
WHEREAS, the total Addition id # 460.20, now therefore be it
RESOLVED,-.That the City of St. Paul through its City Council
approves the foregoing Addition made.in accordance with the
Specifications in the.sum of $ 460.20, said amount to be'
added to the lump sum consideration named in the Contract
known as Comptroller's Contract L -6003 for the making of the
above Improvement.and which amount is to be financed as follows;
50% Bond Fund 200 ST - 15
50% State of Minnesota Agreement No. C -2025
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the
above named Contractor that the sum of $*460.20 is the correct
amount to be added to the above Contract.
