RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the wrecking of dwelling,
garage, shed, outhouse, filling of cesspool and removal of miscellaneous con-
crete and debris located at 476 Webster Street, described as Ex. A Triangle in
the S.E. corner measuring 24.5 ft. on the E,. line and 40 ft. on the S. line: S.
38 ft. of TJ. 90 ft. of part E. of Webster Street of Block 30, Stinson, Brown &
Ramsey's Addition, Saint Paul, Minnesota to TRUCK CRANE SERVICE COMPANY in
accordance with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid
#7315 of said Truck Crane Service Company, City to pay Contractor $260.00, such
bid being one Of identical bids and said Truck Crane Service Company being a
reliable and reasonable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is dir-
ected to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials
hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the. City of Saint Paul,
