RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract
Committee therefor and hereby.awards contract for furnishing all labor,
materials, equipment and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to
the outside painting and new doors for the Arlington Hills and Riverview
Branch Libraries, Saint Paul, Minnesota to MRON P. NELSON CO. in accordance
with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #7323
of said Myron P. Nelson Co. for the contract price of $1, 3.00, such bid
being the lowest and said Myron P. Nelson Co. being a reasonable and reliable
bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the
proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are
authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
