COUNCILLUTION— GENERAL FORM

RESOLVED, that the use of the arena section of the Saint
Paul Municipal Auditorium be given,to the Women's Institute of
Saint Paul on the following dates: October 7, November 5,
December 3, 1958, January 13, April 21, May 19, 1959, upon
payment of the cost of opening and operating on said dates,
not to exceed $4,200.00, and any costs in excess of said'sum
shall-be set up in Auditorium Fund 1021.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that in the event of the Women's Institute
furnishing the ushers for said programs, said Institute shall
receive a credit of $150.00 per day, and shall pay only for
ushers actually used.
