Commonwealth Electric Company,sasd contract for Electrical Work
for Public Library - Alterations, Saint Paul, Minnesota, and said
extra to cover additional wiring and outlets for the basement
storage room, corridor outside the children's room, second floor
music room and Fine Arts-Room; this work having been requested
by the Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium, Museums And Stadia
and agreement made with the contractor and a memorandum of said
agreement having been filed with the Comptroller and countersign-
ed by him.

Contract Number G -1488 was awarded Commonwealth Electric Co.
for Electrical Work for the Public Library.Alterations, Saint
Paul,*Minnesota.
During the course of the work under this contract, it was
found desirable to install wiring and outlets for the follow-
ing
2 - Receptacles in basement storage room
1 - Receptacle in corridor outside of childrenxs room
2 - Clock outlets back to back, second floor music room
and Fine Arts room
1.- Receptacle Fine Arts room
1 - Receptacle in room east of Fine Arts room, also move
one receptacle down, now located approximately 8 feet
up.
Install plug mold on east wall of Fine Arts room with 4
receptacles
Install telephone outlet on column in Fine Arts room
and at the request of the Commissioner of Libraries, Auditori-
um, Museums And Stadia, negotiations have been conducted with
the contractor who agrees to do this work for $180.00, which
is a reasonable amount for the labor and material involved.
It is therefore requested that a resolution be submitted to
the Council authorizing this extra.
