COUNCIL NO. 18 133
RESOLVED, that the proper officers of the City of Saint
Paul are hereby authorize,to enter into an agreement between

the Chicago and North-Western Railway Company and the City of
Saint Paul for the construction of a reinforced concrete sewer
under the Railway Companyts tracks along the line of St. Peter
Street extended, the estimated cost of work to be performed by
the Railway Company under the terms of said agreement being
approximately $11,000.00, for -which the City is to reimburse the
Chicago and North Western Raiilway Company.
