sota, 102 State Capitol, St. Paul 1; Mr. Jos. M. Robertson,
Comsr. of Taxation, 156 E. Sixth St., St. Paul 1;. Mr. Len
Seamer, Land Comsr.'s Office, 286 City Hall, St. Paul 2;
Mrs. D. M.' DeCourcy, Land Comsr., 113 City Hall, St. Paul
2 which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of
the two story single family dwelling on Lot 9, Coxts First
Addition to Saint Paul, also known as 674 West Water
Street, as published in the official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing
of the condemnation proceedings and the building has not
been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action
which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks, Playgrounds
And Public, Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck
and remove the building thereon, and -to do any and all
things therein necessary for the protection of life, limb
and adjoining property.
