I WHEREAS, on Mazch 4, 2009, the City Council of the Ciry of Saint Paul adopted Council File #09-271,
2 said Reso3ution being the Ratification of Assessment for property clean-up on private property from
3 December 1 to December 12, 2008 (File No. J0824A, Assessment No. 8611 }; and

WHEREAS, the property at 1124 Woodbridge Street, being described as:

St. Bernard's Villas, St. Paul, Minn. Lot 7 Blk 1;
9 with the property identification number 25-29-23-ll -0109 was assessed an amount of $505.00 for properry
10 clean up; and

12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the property owner
13 did not receive propet� legal notification.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this pxoperty be deleted, plus
any accrued interest; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the xeduction of $505.00, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the
Exempt Assessment Fund. CouncIl Fi1e #09-271 is hereby amended to reflect this change,
