WHEREAS: The Dairy Home, Inc. desire to withdraw Application X8126 for Grocery,
Frozen Meats, Off Sale Malt Beverage and Cigarette licenses at 385 North
Lexington Avenue and requests the return of the license fees deposited
thereon, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the proper city officers be and they are hereby authorized to refund
to the Dairy Home, Inc. the fees of $ 75.17, deducting $ 6.83 from the
original fees of $ 82.00 posted for the period the applicants operated.
on said application and to cancel said application for licenses.
