1 WHEREAS, on April 1, 2009, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #09-36&,
2 said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for weekly gazbage hauling services from December
3 17 to December 31, 2008 (File No. J0825G, Assessment No. 8621); and

5 WHEREAS, the property at 727 Maryland Avenue East, being described as:
Oak Ville Park E 10 Ft of Lot 15 and all of Lot 16 Blk 10;
9 with the property identification number 20-29-22-44-0126 was assessed an amount of $175.00 for weekly
10 garbage hauling services; and

12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was
13 made in error.

15 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
16 any accrued interest; and

18 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $175.00, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the
19 Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #09-368 is hereby amended to reflect this change_
