RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Parks, Playgrounds
and Public Buildings is authorized to enter upon the East one -
half of Lot 12"z Block 1, Magoffin & Breckenridgets Addition to
St. Paul, according to the plat thereof on file and of record
in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County,
Minnesota, also described as No. 176 -176% Thomas Avenue, and
wreck and remove the two story frame building thereon, and to
do any and all things therein necessary for the protection of
life, limb and adjoining property. '

The City Council requested that you prepare a resolution (No. 3)
authorizing the Commissioner of Parks, Playgrounds and Public Buildings
to enter upon the premises and wreck and remove the building - two -story
frame building - at 176 -1762 Thomas Ave., as more fully described in
the attached letter of the City Architect.

directed the wrecking and removal of the two story frame
building on the East one half of Lot 12, Block 1, Magoffin o_ -<,4-
& Breckenridgets Addition to St. Paul, also known as _176_-
176'/2 Thomas Avenue, as published in the official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing
of, the condemnation proceedings and the building has not
ben removed.
Please proceed with the condemnation action, which will
authorize the Commissioner of Public Buildings to enter
upon the property and wreck and remove the building thereon
and to do any and all things therein necessary for the pro-
tection of life, limb, and adjoining property.
