authorizing and directing the Commissioner of Parks, Playgrounds
and Public Buildings to enter upon the premises and wreck and
remove the building at 1374 E. Sixth St., as more fully described
in the attached letter of the City Architect.

wood, 1374 East Sixth Street, record owners at their -
last known address; and copies to George R. Schultz, c/o
Mrs. Ruby Schultz, 102 North St. Albans Street, Apartment.
18, St. Paul 4, Contract Purchaser; and to Mrs. Mathilda
Hall, 1374 East Sixth Street (listed in the city directory
as owner), which resolution directed the wrecking and re-
m -oval of the dwelling on Lot 6, Block 2, Sargent"s Third 3 &L
Addition to City of Saint Paul, also known as 1374 East
Sixth Street, as published in the official paper.
No' appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing
of the condemnation proceedings and the building has not
been removed.
Please proceed with the condemnation action, which will
authorize the Commissioner of Public Buildings to enter
upon the property and wreck and remove the building thereon
and to do any and all things therein necessary for the pro-
tection of life, limb, and adjoining property.
