Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Nearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
constructing a sewer in Prosperity Avenue from Ames Avenue to Magnolia Avenue, and in
Ames Avenue from Prosperity Avenue to 15 ft. east of the west line of Lot 4, Block 3,
Ames Out Lots,
under Preliminary Order 171947 approved Febfuary 11, 1955
Intermediary Order 173183 , approved May 17;, 1955 ,
Final Order 173556 , approved June 14, 1955
The assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessme4 be and the -same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 18th
day of June , 198 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
