consent of the Comptroller to purchase from ROMELITE one Model 6 -22N Chain saw
with 1811 bar and chain at a cost of $338.35, without advertisement or competitive
bids as this is the only source of supply to fit Department's Brush Cutter
Attachiaent and no advantage could be gained thereby.
