Committee therefor, and hereby awards contract to J. L. SHIELY COMPANY for
furnishing and delivering or loading into City trucks at Vendor's plant, approximately

2180 /Sand, Approximately 850 tons Gravel, and approximately 75 tons Limestone for
Various Departments of the City of St. Paul, for period of one year from date of
countersignature of contract, at a contract price of approximately X6,394.50 in
accordance with City specifications and the Formal Bid #7069 of said J. L. Shiely
Company, such bid being the only bid and said J. L. 'Shiely Company being a reasonable

and reliable bidder, and the Corporation /be and hereby is directed to draw up the
proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized
to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
