The property under consideration is described, as-lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 12, Brewsters' Addition. Briefly. tY The applicant is the owner of all the property on the east side of Capitol , Boulevard between Charles Avenue and Como Avenue. In addition to the proposed infirmary,, there is a nurses' home located in the north one- half.of the block. In consideration of this fact, the Zoning Board finds that the- applicant'rs proposal is not a radical one from the standpoint of its' effect on adjoining . property uses, or visual appearance. In consideration of these factors, the Zoning Board recommends this appeal be granted in accordance with applicant's petition dated April 28, 1958, subject, however, to the council granting permission to construct the proposed infirmary.
