RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equip-

ment and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the installation of
New Stage Floor, Fifth Street Theater, Municipal Auditorium, Saint Paul, Minnesota
to LON MUSOLF FLOOR SURFACING COMPANY in accordance with City plans and
specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid ;7076 of said Lon Musolf
Floor Surfacing Company for the contract price of $5,731.30, such bid being the
lowest and said Lon Musolf Floor Surfacing Company being a reasonable and reliable
bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the
proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are
authorized to execute said contract on be
