COMMISSIONE —DATE certain check of State of Minnesota, in-
RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Finance is authorized
to endorse, in behalf of the City of Saint Paul, that certain
y check of State of Minnesota, in the sum of $8,930.00, made
payable to order of Robert Lee Shoffner, Jessie Mae Shoffner,
City of St. Paul and William B. Randall, as and for payment of award.
�^ of damages for condemnation by State of Minnesota, affecting,
Parcel 39 in Ramsey County, Minnesota, District Court proceedings,-
State of Minnesota vs. Simons- Carlson, et al, and to deliver said
check to said Robert Lee Shoffner, as the fee owner of the subject
L premises at the time of said condemnation, and William B. Randall,
attorney, it appearing that the interest of the City of 'Saint
Paul therein was limited to a lien for local improvement assessment
which has since been fully paid by said fee owner.
