In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
constructing a sewer in Euclid St. from Wilson Ave. to Germain St.; in Wilson Ave.
from Hazelwood St. to Euclid St.; in Hazelwood St. from Old Hudson Road to Wilson Ave.
and in Old Hudson Road from Hazelwood St. to a manhole that is approximately'193 feet
west of Hazelwood St.,

Intermediary Order 178311 , approved June 12, 1956
Final Order 178690 approved July 10, 1956
The assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 10th
day of June 19J-8, at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required,`by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
