RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and he is herein
authorized to execute on behalf of the City of Saint Paul an agreement with
the Northern Pacific Railway Company, granting to the City of Saint Paul the
right to construct, maintain, operate and remove a temporary street crossing
on Albemarle Street over the right of way of the aforesaid Railway Company,
said temporary street crossing being a traffic detour to be used during the
construction of a permanent bridge on Rice Street.
