RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing
Committee therefor, and hereby awardsicontract for furnishing to the Depart-
ment of public Works, Bureau of Construction & Repairs, 877 N. Dale Street,
St. Paul, Minnesota, for period of one year from date of countersignature of
contract, approximately 48,000 Pounds of Anti- Stripping Additive, to L. N.
SICKELS COMPANY in accordance with City specifications and the Formal Bid #7036
of said L. N. Sickels Company at a contract price of approximately $7,536.00,
such•bid'being the lowest and said L. N. Sickels Company being a reasonable
and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is,directed to
draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials
hereby ate authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of St. Paul.
