PAVLICEK I transmit herewith a preliminary estimate of cost for the repaving of George Street, Ohio Street, Winifred Street and South Wabasha Street from Smith Avenue to Concord Street by removing wood block surfacing on George Street from Smith Avenue to Orleans Street and on Winifred Street from Charlton Street to Stryker Street and building up the present concrete base with concrete where neces- sary to bring'the surface of the concrete base to proper sub -grade of the new asphaltic concrete surfacing or by constructing new concrete base where necessary and surfacing with asphaltic concrete the reconstructed concrete base within these street limits; by surfacing with asphaltic concrete the existing sandstone wearing course on George Street from Orleans Street to Ohio Street; by surfacing with asphaltic concrete the existing sandstone wearing course on Ohio Street from George Street to Winifred Street; by surfacing with asphaltic concrete the existing sand- stone wearing course on Winifred Street from Ohio Street to Charlton Street and from Stryker, ;Street to South Wabasha Street; by surfacing with asphaltic concrete the existing sandstone wearing course on South Wabasha Street from Winifred Street to Congress Street and the existing asphalt wearing course on South Wabasha Street from Congress Street to Concord Street; by surfacing with asphaltic concrete the existing track area where the track paving is adequate and by removing the track and track paving where required and repaving the same with new concrete base and asphaltic concrete surfacing; by constructing new curb and sidewalk where necessary; by reconstructing the paving, curbing and sidewalks on intersecting streets where not in conformity with said improvement and by doing all other work which is neces- sary and incidental to said improvement, under Preliminary Order C.
