Gran Assistant Superintendent Business Affairs The Saint Paul Public Schools 615 City Hall Dear Sir: Relative to the property at 510 Ohio Street, which your Department wishes to acquire for school purposes, please be advised that the same is described as Lots 4 and 5, Block 6, Dawsonts Addition. It has a front- age of 100 feet on Ohio Street and a depth.of 130 feet on Robie Street. The improvement consists of a one -story brick building, 38 feet by.90 feet, which was previously used for a lodge hall. The owner is to retain all personal property, including rugs, carpeting, seats, furniture, and portable lamps, but excluding lighting fixtures. The agreed price of acquisition is $11,000, to be paid upon completion of the condemnation pro- ceedings, in approximately three months, and in my opinion the price and terms are satisfactory. Very truly yours, ngin jt CApital 4 -4612 o- ' iT IMP
