:r and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
constructing a parking area on the east boulevard of Lexington Parkway North between
Aurora Avenue and University Avenue, the work to include the necessary curbing,
sidewalks, drainage structures, grading and surfacing and other incidental work,
under Preliminary Order 178519 approved June 26, 1956
Intermediary Order 178805 , approved July 17, 1956
Final Order 179295 approved August 22, 1956

The assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
1 RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 4th
day of June 19_5a�L, at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice'of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed vainst the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed. j
