In the mattter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley �
in Block Its Hillsdale, from Frank St. to Duluth St. Also constructing a newer
in the alley from a point 165.95 ft. west of Duluth St. to the existing sewer in
Duluth St., under Preliminar=y Order 182113 approved March 29p 1957, and Final
Order 183329 approved June 18, 1957. ,
WHEREAS, The plans and specifications for the construction of a sewer
in the alley -from a point 165.95..ft. west of Duluth St, to the existing sewer in
Duluth St. were approved under C. F. 184531 approved Sept. 12, 1957; therefore
be it
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications as submitted by the Commissioner
of Public Works for the grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley
in Block 4, Hillsdale., from Frank St. to Duluth St., berand_thersdme are hereby
approved, and the Commissioner of Public Works be and he is hereby directed to do
the work by City Forces at an estimated cost of $3115.00, and that the Purchasing
Agent proceed to procure the necessary materials, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the cost of the above improvements, including engineering
and inspection expenses amounting to $383.00, or a total of $34Z8.00.. plus the cost
of the sewer, he assessed against the benefitted property. ,, -•
