In the matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material the
alley in Block 65, St. Anthony Park, from Manvel St. to Pearl St. Also
constructing a server in an easement to be obt9ined on the northerly 4 ft.
of the southerly 6 ft, of Lot 21, Block 653, St.Anthony Park, from Bayless
Ave. to the alley in the rear of said lot, under Preliminary Order 182042
approved March 22, 1957, and Final Orddr 183121 approved June 4, 1957.
WHEREAS* The plans and specifications for the construction of a serer_
In an easement to be obtained on the northerly 4 ft. of the southerly 6 ft.
of Lot 21# Block 65, St.Anthony Park, from Bayless Ave.to the alley in the
-rear of said lot, were approved under C. F. 185878 approved January 23rd3
1958; therefore, be it
RESOLVED That the plans and specifications as submitted by the
Commissioner of Public Works for the grading and surfacing with bituminous
material the alley in Block 65, St.Anthony Park, from Manvel St. to Pearl St.s
be and the same are hereby approved, and the Commissioner of Public Works be
and he is hereby directed to do the work by City Forces at an estimated cost
of $2940.00, and that the Parchasing -Agent proceed to procure the necessary
materials, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the cost of the above improvement, including
engineering and inspection expenses amounting to $391.000 or a.total-'0f- .$33A9OOs
