RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for the Reconstruction of a Sewage Pumping Station
at Hendon and Eustis to HURLEY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in accordance with City plans
and specifications therefor hereto attached and theFormal Bid #7061 of said Hurley
Construction Company for the contract price of $24,471.00 (plus Engineering $1,958.00
and plus Inspection $489.00 by City Forces) such bid being the lowest and said
Hurley Construction Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor,
and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on`,behalf
