NCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM
FOEUNCIL NO. 18 ii *t;5
WHEREAS, Stanley H. Groh, an employe of the
Department of Public Safety, Bureau of- Police, was injured
on the 6th day of December.1955, and was totally disabled
until the 7th day of December 1956 and received full pay for
the first six months of disability and half pay for the second
six months, in accordance with Section 52 of the City Charter,
and
WHEREAS, on February 27, 1958 said employe was
again totally disabled because of "the injury of December 6,
1955, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that out of the Workments Compensation
Account of the General Fund, weekly compensation of $40.00
be paid said Stanley H. Groh while he is totally disabled
by reason of the injuries sustained on December 6, 1955,
while employed by the Department of Public Safety, and that
$120.00 in partial settlement, to and including March 19th,
1958, is now payable.
