OLVED, That an extra in the amount of $250.00 be
allowed under Contract G 1152 between the City of Saint
'Paul and the Tab Construction Co., said contract for Altera-
tions to the building at 666 East Third Street, and said
extra to cover _
1) removal of existing facing of west wall in Room 108,
cleaning thoroughly, and resurfacing same with new
plaster, and
2) face puttying all existing steel sash window glass
where necessary on inside of building only,
this work having been requested by the Commissioner of Pub-
lic Works, and agreement made with the contractor, and a
memorandum of said agreement having been filed with the
Comptroller and countersigned by him.

RESOLVED, That an extra in the amount of $250.00 be
allowed under Contract C 1152 between the City of Saint
Paul and the Tab Construction Co., said contract for Altera-
tions to the building at 666 East Third Street, and said
extra to cover

Dear Sir:
Contract No. G -1152 was awarded to Tab Construction Co.
for Alterations to the Building at 666 East Third Street,
S.t, Paul, Minnesota.
During the course of the work under this contract,. it was
found desirable to,
1. Remove existing, facing of west wall in Room 108,
clean thoroughly, and reface same with new plaster
2. Face putty all existing steel sash window.glass
where necessary on inside of building only
and, at the request of the Commissioner of Public Works, ne-
gotiations have been conducted with the contractor, who
agrees to do this work for the amount of $250.00, which is
a reasonable amount for the labor and material involved.
It is therefore requested that a resolution be submitted
to the Council authorizing this extra in the amount .of $250.00
to Contract G 1152 to cover the above described work.
