LOBDELL Supt. of Public Recreation 48("'.(i 24 Contract Number G -1149 was awarded to Commonwealth Electric Company for Electrical Work for Alterations to the Building at 666 East Third Street for the Bureau of Traffic Engineers, Department of Public Works, 274 Court House. During the course of the work under this contract, it was found advisable and desirable to replace the motors on the unit heaters in Rooms 113 and 111; repair or replace the motor on the unit heater in Room 103, and replace the exhaust fan in Room 112; and at the request of the Commis - sioner of Public Works,negotiations have been conducted with the contractor who agrees to do this work for $290.00. This is a reasonable amount for the labor and material in- volved, and it is requested that a resolution be submitted to the Council authorizing an extra in the amount of $290.00 to Contract Number G -1149 to cover the above described work.
