RESOLVED, That in. -order to provide a point of connection for planning
purposes at the Lexington Avenue Interstate Highway Bridge across the Mississippi
River, and; to serve intermediate areas between Otto Avenue and the Fort Snelling
Bridge, that Shepard Road be extended from Otto Avenue southwesterly along a
right of way to be acquired, and along the general line of Youngman Avenue or
Youngman Avenue extended, to West Seventh Street at the Fort Snelling Bridge,
in accordance with the recent designation by the Commissioner of Highways of
said route as Municipal State Aid Street No. 194•
