approved August Z0, 1914, as amended. This is an em 'gency ordinance
rendered necessary for the preservation of the. public place, health and
safety.
THE COUNCIL{ OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Y ``
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 32502, approved August 20, 1914,
as amended, be and •the same is. hereby further amended by striking out of
Section; 6 where it appears in Grade 58 A the title "Director of School"
C:afeteriastt.
Section 2. That said ordinance, as amended, be and the same is
hereby further amended by inserting in Grade 56 A under the heading `'...,
"Professional and Subprofessional" the title "Assistant Director of School
Cafeteria,s't, and in Grade 60 A under the heading "Professional and Sub -
professional" the title "Director of School Cafeterias!'..-
Section �3. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergen
ordinanc',e rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace
health and safety.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after the first day of the first payroll period following .its passage, approval
and publication.
