consent of the Mayor and the Comptroller to issue Purchase Order to LINWOOD
STONE PRODUCTS COMPANY,FINC for 172e54 Tons Burned Lime at a cost of
$3028.08, without advertisement or competitive bids as an emergency existed
where failure to act promptly would work hardship to the best interests of
the City.
