consent of the Mayor and the Comptroller, to issue Purchase Order to
TWIN CITY HARDWOOD LUMBER COMPANY for 3746 Lin. Ft. 1st and 2nd grade rough
Cypress Lumber for the Snelling Reservoir at a cost of $1,490.32, without
advertisement or competitive bids as an emergency existed where failure to act
promptly would work hardship to the best interest of the City.
