RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and
before the Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council
Chamber of the Court House and City Hall, in said City, at ten
o =clock A. M. on May 28, 1958, upon the advisability and necessity
of the repair, replacement, remodeling, or wrecking and removal
of the one and one -half story frame dwelling and shed on Lot 60,
Block 2, Hayden Heights, according fo the plat thereof recorded
in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota,
also described as No. 1875 East Nebraska Avenue, because said
structures are reported to be dangerous and unsafe to life, limb
and adjoining_property.

Your attention is directed to the one and one half story
frame dwelling and shed located at 1875 East Nebraska
Avenue, described as Lot 60, Block 2, Hayden Heights
Addition.
This building is approximately 22 by 16 with a 14 by 10
porch. A fire caused more than 75 per cent damage to
the interior. Floors are uneven, sills and joists
have rotted, the building is filled with trash, windows
are broken, and the building has become dangerous to
life, limb, and adjoining property. The shed on the
rear of the lot is also dilapidated. These buildings
should be wrecked and removed.
The last known record owner is Frederick G. and Mary G.
Bronson, 1875 East Nebraska Avenue, St. Paul 6. Schunemanrs
Inc., 401 Wabasha Street, are Mortgagee. A Danger Notice
has been posted.
