Idaho on to Arcade Street.' The adjacent land uses are as follows: across Idaho Avenue to the south is a single family home and vacant property; adjoining to the south and east is a single family home fronting on Arcade Street; adjoining on the west is the Sons of „Jacob Cemetery; there is vacant property to the north. Field investigation discloses no objection from the standpoint of adjacent land use or traffic. Applicant's plans show satisfactory screening to pro - tect adjoining residential uses in addition to adequate fencing and surfacing of this °'parking lot.
