RESOLVED,.2hat the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment
and services necessary for or reasonably incidental �o the repointing, caulking
and repaiting-at the Municipal Auditorium, Saint Paul, Minnesota to MACPHERSON -TOWNE
COMPANY in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached
and the Formal Bid, #7031 of said Macpherson -Towne Company for the contract price of
$15,763.00, such bid being the lowest and said Macpherson -Towne Company being a
reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
directed 1: to draw up the proper form 0 contract therefor, and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of
,Saint Paul.
