RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing Committee
therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering to the Depart -
meet of Public Safety, Repair Shop, 1441 Rice Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota, Five
1958 Model 8- cylinder, Plymouth Plaza two -door Sedans for Police Service, to TOWN
AND COUNTRY MOTORS, INC. in accordance with City specifications therefor hereto
attached and the Formal Bid #7033 of said Town and Country Motors, Inc. at a contract
price of $8,423.00, such bid being the lowest and said Town and Country Motors, Inc.
being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and.herebyyis
authorized to draw up the proper form of contract therefor and the proper City
officials are "hereby directed to execute said contract on behalf of the City of
St. Paul.
