Resolved, That the Council hereby
approves the award of the Contract
RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials,
equipment and services necessary for or reasonably,incidental to the installation
of a nominal 10,000 gallon gasoline storage tank, assuming 35 cubic yards of
rock excavation in public Safety Parking Lot, 101 East Tenth Street, Saint Paul,
Minnesota to KENNY BOILER & MANUFACTURING COMPANY in accordance with City plans
and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #7030 of said
Kenny Boiler & Manufacturing Company for the contract price of $3,686.00(unit
prices bid to be used if more or less than 35 cu. yds. rock excavation) such
bid being the lowest and said Kenny Boiler & Manufacturing Company being a
reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City
of Saint Paul.
