and -South alley from Princeton Ave. to the North East- and -West alley and the South
East*and -Wbst 611,W from the North - and -South alley to the cul -de -sac. Also constructing
a storm sewer in an easement to be obtained on a 4 ft.easementp-the center line of which
is described as follows: Beginning at a point 16 ft. east of the southwest corner of
Lot 7# E, Ve Kennert's Re on the south line of said Lot 7# E. V. Kennerts Re; thence
north and parallel to the west line of said Lot 7 to the north line of said Lot 72
Ee V. Kennerts Re; thence in a northeasterly direction, across Lot 3# E. Ve Kennerts RS
on an angle.of 45P measured from the north line of Lot 7 to intersection with the.

RESOLVED# That the plans and specifications for the above named improvement
as submitted by the,Commissioner of Public Works, be and the same are -hereby
approved, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby directed
