RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is. hereby authorized with the
consent of the Mayor and the Comptroller to issue Purchase Order to FARWELL,
OZMUN, KIRK & COMPANY for Remington Studs and Loads for Snelling Reservoir at
a cost of $191.77 without advertisement or competitive bids as an emergency
existed where failure to act promptly would work hardship to the best interests
of the City.
