Whereas, Daniel Sauro, an employe
of the Department of Public Utilities
of the City of Saint Paul, died on the
10th day of June, 1957; and

WHEREAS, Daniel Sauro, an employe of the Department
of Public Utilities of the City of Saint Paul, died on the 10th
day of ' June, 1957; and
WHEREAS, at the time of his death said employe was
entitled to wages from the City for 219 hours of overtime rep-
resenting an amount due him from the City of $518.51, such
earnings computed at the following rates:

WHEREAS-, -the surviving spouse of said employe, Mrs.
Josephine Sauro, has requested payment of the aforementioned
wages to her, as surviving spouse; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section IV of Ordinance No.
6446, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed
to pay to Mrs. Josephine Sauro the sum of $518.51, upon receipt
by the Department of Public Utilities of an affidavit from Mrs.
Sauro' indicating that there are not and will not be any probate
proceedings with respect to the estate of the deceased Daniel
Sauro; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the action taken by the Council of the
City of Saint Paul in its Resolution, C. F. 186377, approved
March 4, 1958, is superseded by this resolution, and said
C. F. 186377 is hereby cancelled.
