'WHEREAS,:an accident occurred on Febru-
ary 22, 1958, ° 1n which a car driven by Delores T.
Stuff was damaged when a street lamp globe fell
.- and struck the car she was driving; and
WHEREAS, there were no witnesses to the
accident, the circumstances of the accident are
far from clear and it now appears that a registered
bill was made up on insufficient information con-
cerning this accident; and
WHEREAS, the parties are desirous of settling
this dispute, an agreement has been reached whereby
each party will bear its own loss; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, that upon receipt of a properly
executed release running to the.City of St. Paul
by the aforementioned Delores T. Stuff, the proper
City officers are authorized to cancel Registered
Bill No. 2 -3736. -
