RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing Committee
therefor and hereby.,awards contract for furnishing Eighteen Band Concerts, more
or less, in various -City Parks in11958; to ERNIE ZIMMERMAN'S CONCERT BAND at a
price of $319.06 per concert, making total amount of contract approximately
$5,743.08 in accordance with City specifications and the Formal Bid #7019 of said
Ernie Zimmerman's Concert Band, such bid being the only bid, and said Ernie
Zimmerman's Concert Band being a reliable and reasonable bidder and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor

and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on
behalf of the City of St. Paul.
