PRESENTED BY BERNARD T. ! HOLLAND COMMISSIONE DATE
RESOLVED, That an extra in the amount of $35.50 be al-
lowed under Contract G 1167 between the City of Saint Paul
and Dahl Gas Heating Company, said contract for Installation
of a Conversion Gas Burner in Boiler No. 1 at the Public
Safety Building, Saint Paul, Minnesota, and said extra to
cover the relocation of the Sensing Tube for Over -Fire-
Draft Controls, this work having been requested by the Com-
missioner of Public Safety and agreement made with the Con-
tractor, and.a memorandum of said agreement having been filed
with the Comptroller and countersigned by him.

Contract Number G -1167 was awarded to Dahl Gas Heating
Company for Installation of a Conversion Gas Burner in
Boiler No. 1 at the Public Safety Building, Saint Paul.
During the course of the work, it was found desirable to
relocate the Sensing Tube for Over -fire Draft Controls,
and, at the request of the Commissioner of Public Safety,
negotiations have been conducted -with the contractor,
who agrees to do this work for $35.50, which is a reason-
able amount for the labor and material involved.
It is, therefore, requested that a resolution be submit-
ted to the�Council authorizing this extra of $35.50 to
the contract.
