under Contract I.- 5738 -B between the City of Saint Paul and
Peoples Electric Company, said contract for the Electrical Work
in Connection with the Public Health Center Building, Saint Paul,
Minnesota, and said extra to cover the moving of high and low
tension floor outlets, this work having been requested by the
Commissioner of ;Public Safety and agreement made with the
Contractor, and 'a memorandum of said agreement having been filed
with the Comptroller
and countersigned by him.

Dear Sir:
Contract Number L- 5738 -Bwas awarded to the Peoples Electric
Company for Electrical Work in Connection with the Public
Health Center Building, Saint Paul.
During the progress of the work due to revision of location
of desks, etc'., it was found necessary to move high and low
tension floor outlets, and at the request of the Commissioner
of Public 'Safety, it was agreed to patch floor or use blank
plates as required on 27 outlets and furnish added labor to
install 3low tension outlets on junction box covers, 3 low
tension outlets in duct line and 2 high tension outlets in
duct line for the added sum of $228.00, 5 extra blanking
plates to be turned over to the owner.
It is,,therefore requested that a resolution be submitted to
the Council authorizing this extra of $228.00 to the contract.
