WHEREAS, Rosealma Tiessen has requested permission.from
the Council of the-City of Saint Paul to withdraw her appli-
cation for licenses for restaurant, on -sale malt beverage,
off -sale malt beverage and cigarette licenses, heretofore
requested, for No. 436 Lafond Avenue, :.therefore be it
ti
RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are hereby author-
ized to refund to said Rosealma Tiessen the amount paid to the
City for such license fees.
