RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee

therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the wrecking of building
and removal'of tree, curb and miscellaneous concrete and debris located at the
Old Highland Park Picnic Pavilion, Saint Paul, Minnesota to MINNESOTA LUMBER &
WRECKING, INC. in accordance with City specifications therefor hereto attached
and the Formal Bid #7015 of said Minnesota Lumber &Wrecking, Inc., City to pay
Contractor :$690.00, such bid being one of two identical bids and said Minnesota
Lumber & Wrecking, Inc. being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor,

and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on
behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
